How to register for MyOasis

Step 1: Click here to access the login page of MyOasis, or select the MyOasis button in the top right of the Oasis Insurance website.

Step 2: You will need to enter the following details:

  • Email address provided when you purchased your policy or obtained your quote.
  • Your chosen password
  • Your security question and answer
  • Your policy reference or quote number
  • The date of birth of the lead traveller

Step 3: You’ll receive a confirmation email, follow this link to login to the portal.

Step 4: Login to your account using your chosen email and password. Enter the verification code sent to your email address.

Can I access my policy documents online?

Upon logging in to MyOasis you can view your quote or policy you currently have with us. You’ll be able to view your policy wording, insurance product information document and terms of business.

Can I make a claim via MyOasis?

Within MyOasis you can make a claim or retrieve an existing claim. For new claims you’ll need your surname, policy number and date of birth, while for existing claims you’ll need your claim number and surname.

By entering your policy reference or quote number you can link an existing policy to MyOasis via the “Link a policy” tab.

I’ve only got a quote, can I complete my purchase within MyOasis?

Absolutely, once you’ve linked your quote to the MyOasis account, by selecting “Review/purchase” you can either make amends to your existing quote, upgrade you're cover or purchase the policy.

Can I update my address?

Yes, within the “Manage your account” tab, you can update your address.

Can I update my contact number?

Yes, within the “Manage your account” tab, you can update your contact number.

I want to change my security question, can I do this with MyOasis?

Yes, within the “Manage your account” tab, upon confirming your password you can update your security question and answer.
